- Yeastar Cloud PBX faxing provides encrypted delivery over secure SIP/T.38 channels and TLS email, making it suitable for most business environments where basic data protection is required.
- iFax Professional adds full compliance controls—end-to-end encryption (in transit and at rest), access logging, user-level permissions, and configurable retention policies—supporting strict regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, FERPA, and GDPR.
- POTS Replacement offers reliable faxing for traditional machines, but compliance management (such as secure storage or audit trails) must be handled externally through your own paper or digital records process.
In short: all of our fax paths are secure, but if your organization requires formal compliance documentation or data-handling certification, we recommend iFax Professional.
